REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA or Enrolled Agent required.
• Six plus years of tax experience. Overall experience should include reviewing and signing complex corporate, , partnership, fiduciary, individual and exempt organization returns.
• Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Reorganization experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• The candidates must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Proficiency with ProSystem fx, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commitment to client service.

• The successful candidate will interact with clients to provide proactive tax planning, consulting and compliance services. * Research complex tax matters

• Review corporate / partnership returns

• Manage multiple client relationships and engagements

• Ability to problem-solve

• Train and supervise staff, review and evaluate their work

• Make suggestions to help improve efficiencies, within department and on engagements
