Vergence is a Federal Government contractor supporting IT and Healthcare services contracts for various Federal and State government agencies. We are in need of Lead Install Technicians to support current customer engagements on-site in Indianapolis, IN.

 In this role you will:

• Support the PC Refresh Project Managers and Deployment Leads by installing new PCs for PC Refresh Projects.
• Follow the established processes and checklists to ensure the end user has all the necessary software and settings on the new PC.
• Back up, protect, and restore data will be an essential task for this position.
• Update documentation and complete e-install forms required.
• Customer service is also a crucial element for this position.
