    Job Description

    Varicast is seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to manage our CRM system and provide reporting and analytics support for our Sales, Operations, and Product teams. The position will report into our Finance and Sales Ops team, providing day to day administration and other support for Salesforce and other tools that are used for pipeline management, sales quotas, training, and marketing collateral. This person will also support and participate in a wide range of activities and must be a self-starter. This role will be critical in maintaining and enhancing the CRM platform architecture and providing thought leadership and the latest best practices around CRM use as the company continues to grow.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the administration of Valassis Digital’s CRM system, including Salesforce.com and other associated applications 20%
    • Manage platform enhancements and ad-hoc reporting as requested by key stakeholders 20%
    • Maintain salesforce maintenance and enhancement roadmap 20%
    • Deploy sales quotas and other variable compensation targets through the Salesforce platform and DocuSign 20%
    • Partner with external parties as needed to execute major system upgrades and enhancements. 20%

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3-5 years Salesforce Administrator experience (Required)

    CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES

    • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: (Salesforce Certified Administrator)

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills

    • Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, workflow rules, validation riles, custom object
    • Experience linking CRM to apps
    • Experience in media sales, advertising, mobile, and/or digital technology

    Additional Information

    SALARY: $85,000 - $95,000 The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
