Job Description
The SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER will oversee the daily management and strategic development of Vericast’s social media communities (includes both B2B and B2C brands). This role will be responsible for building and maintaining brand reputation through social channels as well as fostering strong relationships with followers, industry influencers and key decision-makers through exceptional communications and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sophisticated business acumen with ability to synthesize complex martech topics, a track record of building and maintaining a community of engaged social media followers, and extensive knowledge of social media best practices.
