    Job Description

    The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for strategically and tactically positioning Harland Clarke Contact Center Solutions Services and Products during the prospecting sales process to grow market share and win new profitable clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Identify and qualify Contact Center opportunities within our Financial Institution client base.
    • Identifying/uncovering the appropriate decision maker(s) within the Financial Institution
    • Establishes relationships with C and VP level decision makers while positioning and selling Harland Clarke Contact Center Services and Products
    • Serves as a liaison between the Financial Institution and Vericast Solution Advisors during the new opportunity onboarding process
    • Work with Field Sales in the art of selling and prospecting Contact Center Solutions; taking advantage of their opportunities with the Financial Institutions to keep contact center solutions top of mind (ie: QBR’s)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE: 

    • 5 – 10 years experience selling contact center solutions with proven success
    • Experience selling to the C-suite
    • Experience preferably in the Financial Institution Industry

    SKILLS:

    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with third party providers of products and services
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Hands-on experience
    • Ability to develop policies and procedures critical to instituting best practices and ensuring compliance with client regulations and expectations
    • Must have exceptional managerial specialized/technical and problem solving skills
    • Strong working knowledge with strategic planning processes especially in translating business needs to IT solutions
    • Exceptional facilitation skills to coordinate customer relationships with internal functions/groups and to solve issues across cross-functional areas
    • Strong verbal and written communication negotiation organizational and presentation skills

    COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS:

    • Responsible for communicating at the executive level within large financial institutions. Will work with the National and/or Major Accounts Division(s) in prospecting and developing relationships with potential premier clients

    • This position requires a high amount of interpretation with information, judgment, creativity and/or innovation to solve problems and determine courses of action in non-recurring unique situations involving a wide variety of problems (opportunities) within the broadest limits of organizational policies and goals

    • Position reports to VP Business Development. Supervisory Responsibilities: None

    • Bachelor's degree

    SALARY: $125,000 - $145,000

    POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN ANNUAL BONUS INCENTIVE PROGRAM
