    The Enterprise Solutions Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives and sales goals through new business acquisition. They are responsible for engaging with senior Marketing and Data/IT decision makers at direct brands to understand their 1st party data/customer challenges and sell through NXTDRIVE’s ability to solve for those challenges. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in selling SaaS solutions, an understanding of the 1P data management and digital media/advertising ecosystems, and a passion for learning new technology.

    _KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES _

    • Effectively and independently deliver the NXTDRIVE value proposition -- demonstrating a full understanding of the NXTDRIVE platform, the 1P data management landscape, and our unique position within it
    • Engage VP and executive level contacts at qualified accounts and move them through sales cycle from lead to close
    • Develop a sustained pipeline of viable opportunities to exceed quota by actively prospecting via phone, email, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, and executive introductions
    • Serve as “quarterback” for prospect accounts -- leveraging internal expertise (data science, media, etc) when needed to move prospects along sales cycle and providing ongoing feedback to Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners
    • Negotiate contracts with prospect accounts, working closely with Sales Leadership and Finance
    • Develop and deliver sales proposals and client Requests for Proposal (RFP’s)
    • Represent NXTDRIVE and Vericast in a professional and ethical manner to clients, prospects, and partners
    • Collaborate and consult with print and digital media sales teams to integrate NXTDRIVE into high value proposals

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • 3+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) selling experience at a 1P data management company, CDP, ESP, marketing automation, or other MarTech platform
    • 8+ years of digital or technology sales experience. Can include digital media execution, AdTech, platform sales (DSP/SSP), publisher or device side
    • Demonstrated ability to prescribe, communicate, and sell through software and service solutions
    • Aptitude and passion for technology – Must be able to complete product demo, credibly discuss technical topics, and simplify/translate complex concepts into business outcomes
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – Must be able to learn quickly, pivot, and adapt to changes in product and strategy as needed
    • Proven / consistent track record of success in achieving and exceeding annual quotas and business objectives
    • Strong understanding of using data and audience insights to design marketing campaigns that deliver results
    • Ability to conduct discovery meetings and successfully identify the client use cases for NXTDRIVE
    • Highly skilled in lead qualification, consultative selling, overcoming objections, presentation delivery, and negotiation
    • Experience selling brand direct in any of the following industry verticals – Retail, Restaurant, Consumer Services, Financial Services

    Additional Information

    Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000

    Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program

    The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
