    Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Onsite Project Manager to lead a dynamic team in the development of medical devices. Your role will extend beyond project management; you'll serve as the primary interface with our clients, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction while spearheading budget management and scope control. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on embedded development projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of engineers throughout all phases of project development, from inception to design transfer back to the client.

    • Client Interface: Act as the direct point of contact for our valued clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.

    • Budget Oversight: Take ownership of project budgets, diligently managing resources and assuming responsibility for any scope changes that may arise.

    • Project Management: Coordinate all project-related activities, including scheduling, cost estimation, status reporting, and change management, to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Decision Making: Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions regarding risks, trade-offs, and system techniques, consistently prioritizing project success and client satisfaction.

    • Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, offering recommendations for hiring, advancement, and resolving interpersonal conflicts to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.

    • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to relevant Medical Device standards throughout the development process, upholding the highest levels of quality and safety.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.

    • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a Project Management role managing embedded development projects, preferably within the medical device industry.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    • Standards Familiarity: Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations (QSRs), or similar standards is highly desirable
