    Job Description

    The Marketing Project Manager manages key projects with the marketing department such as virtual events, webinars, and various outsourced vendor projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Other duties include administering critical marketing support platforms such as Sendoso (gifting), Seismic (sales collateral), Act-On (webinar production) to ensure quality set-up, delivery, adoption, management, reporting and achieving efficiencies of reach and scale.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

    • Digital event management and production (webinars, summits, podcasts, etc)
    • Sponsorship management (identify, negotiate and manage external sponsorship programs to achieve business objectives)
    • Marketing platform management (sales collateral, gifting, webinars)
    • Performance management (contract and SOW coordination & approval, ensure payments are processed, reporting and communication)
    • Digital Event Management
    • Manages the execution and logistics of digital events to achieve business objectives such as identifying partners, speakers, logistics support, production support, lead generation activities and reporting.
    • Develops and manages a comprehensive event project plan for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details.
    • Negotiates with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within budget.
    • Shares details of the events on our website, with marketing staff & worldwide employees, and with partners or customers (as appropriate)
    • Track and report on results to generate positive ROI.
    • Sponsorship Management
    • Identify external sponsorship opportunities that can help us attain our business objectives
    • Negotiate favorable terms and manage external sponsorship programs to achieve business objectives
    • Set up, manage and report on the results of all sponsor programs
    • Marketing Platform Management
    • Optimize the use of critical sales and marketing support platforms such as Sendoso (gifting), Seismic (sales collateral), Act-On (webinar production)
    • Report on performance results of these platforms to the business so we can understand how they help contribute to achieving our business goals
    • Performance Management
    • Create and monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
    • Prepare pre- and post- event reports to understand ROI
    • Gather information on competitors, and conduct ongoing analysis on their events so that we can differentiate our offerings

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • 5 years of digital marketing experience preferred
    • Proven working experience in project or program management
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • Capability to learn, embrace changes, question process, grasp complex multi-dimensional issues
    • Previous Microsoft Power BI experience or marketing automation tool experience a plus, but not required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business/communications/marketing

    TRAVEL: up to 10%
