Job Description Verisk is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with background in infrastructure and Service Management. In this role, you will work with a collaborative platform team to continually evolve functionalities and innovate, in support of transformative projects within technology and business verticals.

• Design and development ServiceNow solutions including creation, configuration and customizations of Applications, form design, business rules, workflows, UI behavior, user roles and groups, and access controls
• ITOM expertise including ServiceNow Discovery including Cloud Discovery, as it relates to CMDB health, Service and Service Offering engineering, and CSDM.
• Integrations, automation, and/or orchestration via workflows, scripting web services/APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Play a tactical role in design, solutioning, and implementation sessions.
• Ability to facilitate technical workshops and requirements discussions with engineering and management.
• Working knowledge of industry best practices, ITSM, and ITOM process areas
• Administrative functions such as maintenance of core and base table data imports and transforms and SSO.

Qualifications Requirements:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration and administration
• 3+ years of scripting experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and/or ReactJS
• 3+ years serving in a technical ServiceNow role for the implementation of features within the ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and/or HR product suites
• Strong understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform and Integration tools
• Experience with Agile development and project methodology
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Functional knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycle(s)
• ServiceNow CSA required; additional Development Certifications and Micro-Certifications a plus
• Mobile application experience a plus

Incident, On-Call Scheduling, Change, Knowledge, Request Management and Service Catalog, Discovery, CMDB, Software and Hardware Asset Management, Service Portal, Mobile Now and Agent, Security Operations Security Incident, HRSD; GRC a plus.
