    Job Description

    VIS is building its Sales Enablement team and is seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist who will work to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our worldwide sales team. Key responsibilities include the coordination of sales training and supporting programs and projects that will significantly drive customer acquisition, customer expansion, and increased market share. This position will work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing and Product to analyze materials and processes, and to deliver learning programs that maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.

    ABOUT THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

    • Creates and customizes materials for sales including, but not limited to:
      • Powerpoints
      • One-Pagers
      • Pricing Sheets
      • Proposals
      • Prezi
    • Coordinates the delivery of sales training curriculum, programs, and procedures.
    • Coordinates sales onboarding for various sales roles with the objective of reducing ramp time and increasing productivity.
    • May occasionally deliver sales presentations and training to sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate.
    • Implements strategies and programs to improve the quality and quantity of sales activities during each stage of the sales process.

    ABOUT YOU AND HOW YOU CAN EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

    The Candidate must have the following qualifications:

    • At least two years’ experience in a Sales Enablement or Marketing function
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field is preferred.
    • Ability to create presentations and other sales support assets, in concert with marketing
    • Proficiency in Prezi, Word, Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to Communicate effectively among team members and clients
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Ability to work under deadlines and to successfully handle competing priorities efficiently and effectively
    • Ability to establish and maintain working successful relationships with co-workers, supervisors, other Finance personnel, other Company staff, and customers.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and to pay close attention to details.
    • Possesses superior attention to detail.
