Job Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO the CFO will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting - both corporate and operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, Manage treasury relationship with banks, vendors and insurance companies As well as managing cash flow projections and analysis. Selected candidate will lead the annual audit; taxes; transfer pricing; information systems; investments and corporate development.
