HYBRID SCHEDULE. REGULAR SCHEDULE WILL BE TWO DAYS REPORTING TO THE OFFICE AND THREE DAYS WORKING FROM HOME.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The customer support role assists our internal and external clients in all aspects of the sales process, including research, analysis and proposal and event support.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENT SUPPORT:
- Ensure that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner, including but not limited to responding to My Veritext ID requests.
- Support Company and regional sales and marketing efforts, including coordination of Trade Shows, client events, catering, networking events and sponsorships
- Complete and submit sales proposals to clients, while maintaining an electronic folder of all client pricing proposals
- Act as subject matter expert for using technology tools and sales reporting
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Veritext policies, processes and best practices to provide a high level of support to clients, partners and internal sales team members.
- Support internal clients through research of prospects and activities
- Assist Account Executives with the creation of the pricing proposals, ordering marketing materials, event preparation, and supporting client depositions_._
- Perform training to external clients including but not limited to Zoom demonstrations, ES Client Demonstrations, Train Witness and My Veritext Demonstrations.
- Support external clients, acting as a liaison for depositions.
- Communicate necessary information timely and accurately to all parties, including clients, support staff, sales and vendors
- Resolves issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
- Recommend and implement improvements in process and procedures
FINANCIAL AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
- Act as a subject matter expert for using technology tools and sales reporting, i.e. SFDC, Marketo and other resources as appropriate
- Research client conflicts using Vision, SFDC, and email activity and other pertinent information
- Provide support across various Sales related workflows and projects, continuously working to enhance job knowledge while bringing value to the organization.
- Assist sales managers with modifications to quarterly workbooks prepared by the finance department.
- Review and respond to requests for service proposals submitted by potential corporate clients
- Update and maintain proprietary software, Vision, through assigning sales associates to client contacts and jobs, while also ensuring that sales associates are properly aligned with correct client contacts, cases and jobs.
- Provide reporting and necessary updates to accounts and contacts in Salesforce.
- Synchronize Salesforce and Vision contacts according to sales commission policies.
- Complete sales commission backup and template to Finance Department on monthly basis
- Research size and scope of respective clients to properly align revenue to internal organizational structure and effectively maximize client growth and retention.
- Audit internal systems (Vision and Salesforce) to ensure accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office required, intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task
- Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
