    Pieces Technologies provides a dynamic information exchange platform enabling health systems to extend their network of care to community service organizations. Health Systems refer, connect and share information with community services organizations for seamless care coordination. Pieces also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict patients at-risk for adverse outcomes, applies machine learning (ML) with clinical human augmentation to ensure high model accuracy, and utilizes proprietary natural language processing (NLP) technology to surface insights from unstructured data such as free text progress notes and dictated notes. Pieces supports the care team across the entire journey - in the health system and in the community.  The role of the COMMUNITY RESOURCE SPECIALIST is to support the community organizations and provide tools for our customers to positively impact patient/client needs. THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE SPECIALIST serves as the primary contact point for implementation and relationship building with community-based organizations. The responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key stakeholders across the community.   
    2. Partnering with sales reps to provide a smooth customer on-boarding experience.
    3. Under general supervision, supporting , including daily requests that arise from key stakeholders and users, delivering reporting and routine status on the account.
    4. Providing accurate and achievable timelines, estimates, and statements of work to customers while coordinating with Sales and Client Engagement team to fulfil these goals.
    5. Advocating for the customer by providing feedback to the Client Engagement Team on system enhancements, feature improvements, and alternate uses for the software.
    6. Providing training to organizations through in-person sessions, virtual calls, and by creating recorded web-based training.
    7. Coordinating with the Client Engagement Manager and the Data Analyst to improve implementation and support procedures for other new and existing communities.
    8. Strategizing workflow efficiencies with customers by analyzing processes, resources, and overall mission.
    9. Closely supporting Client Engagement Manager in establishing community contacts and resources. Providing strategic plans for integrating Pieces Tech into a new or expanding a current community.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma - required                                                                                   
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Social Services, or Administration or a related field - preferred.
    • May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years of experience with cross-functional projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
    • Experience with projects related to health care or social sector organizations, and/or large multidisciplinary teams.
    • Experience working with various management levels and communicating status updates and risks as appropriate.
    • 2+ years experience managing/resolving complex and unique business problems in a dynamic environment.
