    SALES MANAGER CALL / CHAT CENTER

    We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Sales Manager that has 8 -10 years of experience building call centers. You will be designing winning inbound call & chat paths for success on every level. We need you to jump start our inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Working directly with our in-house internet marketing team you will inspire and engage our team to work as one unit while leading our team to the next big win. The ideal candidate is committed and driven to succeed. Not easily discouraged or derailed and wants to win, win, win!

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, strategizing and reporting sales data such as pipeline, performance metrics, trends, and forecasting for the global business.

    To be successful in this role, you must be excellent at cross-functional leadership, be able to inspire and collaborate with all levels of an organization and have very strong business and technical analytical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high potential candidate to make a huge impact on sales insights during a key growth phase. Must be self-sufficient, confident, and able to communicate at all levels -- including standing up for their work with a fast-moving, intelligent management team.

    Manages support functions essential to sales productivity and effectiveness including, but not limited to:

    • Sales planning

    • Sales reporting

    • Quota setting

    • Quota management

    • Sales process optimization

    • Sales compensation and design

    • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization across existing and new customers

    • Strategy, design, and development of sales metrics and pipeline analytics

    • Supports the assignment of accounts/territories, sales quotas, and compensation plans

    • Helps develop the underlying sales business architecture and proactively identifies opportuniti

    • Implements and/or improves enabling technologies, including Zoho CRM, for sales and client management team to capture and manage pipeline, dashboard creation, and opportunity tracking.

    • Provides input and distributes accurate sales reporting, prioritization, and resource requests to the organization and leadership team as required to deliver on the sales plan.

    • Work closely with the senior and executive leadership team on the future strategy and vision of the sales organization.

    HOW YOU’LL GET THERE

    • 8-10 years experience managing call center and related Sales Operations and Analytics and/or Senior Sales Leadership

    • Experience coordinating across departments, leading cross-functional programs, and delivering measurable results

    • Demonstrated hands-on management of sales processes workflows

    • Strong systematic approach and capability setting up teams
