    Requisition Number 18-0107 Post Date 10/17/2018 Title MANAGEMENT ANALYST, O&M City ARLINGTON State VA Description Versar will provide the Headquarters Air Forces Directorate of Civil Engineers (AF/A4C) Civil Engineering (CE) support while assisting in modernizing and recapitalizing installation infrastructure, protecting installation from mission degradation, and executing sustainment programs. The position requires providing detailed updates to leadership, OSD, and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes). Incorporate OSDs final approved FSM output data into the RP Assessment Tool (RPAT) desktop analytical tool FSM module and utilize that data to perform analytical modeling. Develop, maintain and update an Access data base with query capability (e.g. PRVs by AF, MAJCOM and installation), in a format specified by the government, that calculates facility PRV in accordance with current Government business rules, area cost and construction cost factors (e.g. Facilities Pricing Guide) and RPI data. Requirements BA/MS with 3-10 years experience Applies appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide the services required. Employs process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Coordinates multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.
