VERT Environmental is seeking full time Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Orange County! Our ideal candidate is a bright and motivated individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through office visits, events, and social media marketing.

We provide a company vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop. – You provide good vibes and excellent service!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Complete daily sales routes and appointments
• Use your creative skills to put together gift baskets and provide cookies & treats to our clients!
• Work closely with customers in the region to increase their knowledge of Vert Environmental’s services
• Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
• Organize themed events, attend golf tournaments and entertain clients by attending baseball games and happy hours with them
• Document efforts and results with the use of company’s tracking methods and CRM
• Attend sales & marketing meetings and provide reports on sales activities and accomplishments.
• Maintain strong customer relations; proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
• Increase sales to existing accounts and successfully penetrating new accounts.
• Follow-up phone calls and emails

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Self-motivated and passionate about making a difference!
• Effective communicator in person and via emails
• Organized, outgoing and easy to talk to
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and strong independent work ethic
• Recognized ability to take direction and work independently to achieve goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
• High energy level and upbeat attitude
• Comfortable cold calling clients and hosting events
• Comfortable using modern smartphone and laptop
• High School Graduate
• Experience working with general contractors or property managers is a plus!
• Sales and Marketing experience a plus

GENERAL HOURS:

• Weekdays, evenings, and weekend days
• Full-time
