Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) • Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. • Company Car Responsibilities: • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Nurture business opportunities • Close business opportunities • Lead generate target businesses • Develop new sales relationships • Follow the team plan • Follow your daily and weekly routes • Attend all sales meetings Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Sales experience is required • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have clean driving record • Must have working rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of location • Ability to make a good first impression Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 salary + commissions and benefits
