Our dispatcher works closely with management, report writers, and field technicians. In this position, you will be routing and communicating with clients and technicians. Dispatchers are one of the first to interact with clients in immediate need. Responsibilities: • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Qualifications: • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process • One year of work experience in sales • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
