    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative with administrative experience to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, admin tasks, coordinating, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Answering phone calls • Calling clients and technicians • Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations • Data entry • Preparing and gaining work authorizations • Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Customer service experience required • Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus • Detail oriented • Must be able to work at a fast pace • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • In office position • Working right in USA Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 at plan
