    We're looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated area salesperson to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales goals. Benefits: • Company Car & Gas Card • Phone • Computer • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) Responsibilities: • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 plus benefits
