We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can follow our sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation plus bonus commissions to ensure your success. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Benefits: • Company car • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401k Responsibilities: • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Set appointments • Sales talk and objection handler mastery Qualifications: • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Proven track record in sales • Great communication • A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • 21 years of age or older • Goal oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience Compensation: $65,000+ and benefits
