Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401k • Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date accounting records that reflect any real-time adjustments, refunds, or transfers of responsibility Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied insurance claims, as needed, and submit revised claims accordingly Compile financial reports using billing software and other documents, and field related questions with internal teams and customers based on accurate invoices, billing reconciliations, and other documents Field customer and colleague questions about account activity, status, and outstanding balances Obtain any necessary payer information to ensure thorough completion of client bills and records Qualifications: Must have superb organizational, communication, and math skills to work effectively with clients and deliver accurate billing General understanding of accounting, billing, collections, and finance fundamentals is necessary Evidence of success meeting firm deadlines and proactively seeking results is necessary Proficiency with financial management software is needed for this role Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research to rectify collections, discrepancies, and denials • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA • Accounts receivable management experience Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus benefits
