Benefits: • Company Car & Gas Card • Phone • Computer • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401k • Various discounts on travel/entertainment/wellness/gym membership, etc. Responsibilities: • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Qualifications: • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry Compensation: $200,000 (salary + commission)
