Responsibilities: • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, including individual counseling, group therapy, family counseling, and other recovery-oriented activities • Monitor client progress and provide guidance and resources to support clients in their addiction recovery journey • Establish and maintain relationships with external resources, such as community health centers and government organizations, to ensure clients receive the best care and resources available • Participate in regular meetings with supervisors, staff members, and other professionals to discuss progress, challenges, and share best practices • Stay informed about the latest laws, policies, and regulations related to substance abuse and addiction counseling Qualifications: • The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States • The candidate should hold a CASAC or CASAC-T certification • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary • Previous experience in substance abuse counseling is a plus • The candidate must have an understanding of trauma and addiction recovery and be knowledgeable of current best practice techniques Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
