    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Improve skill sets through employee development programs • Buy materials for the office when necessary SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with the Clinical Director to support administrative functions and timely processing of all OASAS reports • Handles incoming calls during clinic hours while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette • Take messages and deliver them to the appropriate staff • Welcomes and greets all clients and visitors, in person or over the phone • Maintains an accurate record of clients seen each day • Manage all staff clinical schedules, which includes appointments and cancellations • Schedule all client appointments with accuracy • Accept payments and provide receipts for services • Work collaboratively with the program/clinic assistant to ensure the availability of client forms and surveys • Maintain an adequate supply of new client materials • Receives general clinic mail as well as other deliveries and directs appropriately • Keep the reception area neat and organized • Other designated duties Qualifications: • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
