CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• NMLS Licensed in a minimum of at least 1 state
• Sales experience preferred and MUST be self-driven to succeed
• Ability To handle high volume of phone calls
• Connects quickly with consumers and is able to effectively build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to follow up and good time management skills
• Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
• Understands the mortgage industry and broad range of products and guidelines for ( Conv, VA, FHA, Jumbo, Non-QM
