Want to work for an upwardly mobile company? We provide LMS platforms for multiple industries and we’re currently looking for an individual to champion the research & script writer of our custom training content.

This position is responsible for creating and documenting department systems and processes as well as staying up to date on industry publications and complete research and scripting for training modules.

What it takes to be a successful Script Writer :

• Ability to analyze research material and put into a scripting format to be used for training modules
• Have the creativity, patience and self-motivation to produce scripted material
• Ability to list all sources on a citation sheet to be verified and maintained

Must-have’s for the position:

• The ability to research a topic of interest and determine best format for scripting
• Have resiliency when editing and re-writing scripted material
• Work in a team environment with the production specialists to develop material that is easily understood by the target audience
• Assist in storyboarding for the purpose of transitioning scripts to producers
• Compile and organize all relevant materials including but not limited to, scripts, research notes, storyboards, and citation lists
• Effectively manage research and scripting workflow, timelines, project direction, quality and timeliness of final deliverables. Use communication tools to keep the Video Production Manager apprised of project’s status
• Keep information up to date as rules and regulations change within industries
• Ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and tone

**Education/Experience: **

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred but not required or equivalent in research & scripting material for paper publications, small business or advertising agencies
