    We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to perform a variety of critical, time sensitive tasks. The duties of the Project Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing project processes to ensure an efficient homebuilding business. Responsibilities: • Prepare building permits, health department permits, VDOT permits, and construction start packages. • Prepare ARB submittals and track plans, elevations, and exterior color packages as required per community. • Coordinate AOSE reports and completion statements, surveys, and permit plats. • Create and distribute client experience material along with client welcome and new home packages. • Update lenders, realtors, and management on status of projects from various meetings and communications channels with team members. • Serve as the Vertical Builders primary point of contact for customers during the home closing process. • Schedule and coordinate home closings with customers, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction. • Ensure consistent communication with closing attorneys, settlement companies and lenders throughout and provide up-to-date addendums in a time-sensitive manner. • Monitor and track post-closing activities to ensure customer satisfaction. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. • Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness, confirm final contract price, commission, excess deposits, and seller credits. • Coordinate with title companies to obtain necessary documentation. • Obtain payoffs and lien releases as needed. • Perform quality control checks on loan files. • Track permanent house key status and delivery to customers. • Participate in builder/lender meetings and provide updates on construction and closing status. • Provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. • Provide support with input and tracking pending listings in MLS. • Assist with creating and implementing systems, checklists, and processes for efficient business operations. • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors. • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. • Track VDOT bonds Qualifications: Project Coordinator Skills and Qualifications: • Microsoft Office Skills • Manage Processes • Strong Organizational Communication Skills • Analyze Information • Professionalism • Problem-Solving • Inventory Control Project Coordinator Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Great analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills • Valid driver’s license Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
