FULLY REMOTE! Business Systems Analyst (Finance)-MRI Experience required

Our client provides best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech. They are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with MRI, Yardi or comparable Real Estate accounting system experience to join the team that keeps their vital accounting platforms running seamlessly. The Systems Analyst will maintain and improve their essential accounting systems and processes, working closely with users and managers on everything from password resets to special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and coordinate project plans, including tracking progress, preparing reports, facilitating communication, following up on action items, and collaboration with various teams and users.
• Work with management on identifying, strategizing, prioritizing, and initiating special projects.
• Provide operational application support for MRI accounting software and other business systems including Timberline, Argus, FAX, and NexusPayables.
• Field incoming support calls from end users to resolve software issues and work with software providers for timely resolution of any support cases, upgrades, or issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of new real estate systems software and products, and integrate newly acquired properties into existing systems.
• Identify and vet user requirements for improvements to existing systems and data integrations, and collaborate with system users for the testing of new software.
• Coordinate system access to ensure it is appropriately approved by management and periodically reviewed for accuracy.
• Assist in writing technical procedures, providing training, and creating procedural documentation for the applications for end users and audit teams.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ experience in software development, system administration, or systems integrations with MRI, Yardi, or other comparable real estate accounting system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft SQL or similar relational database.
• Demonstrable skills in project management, analyzing business processes, training users at all management levels, a customer service mentality, and contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Ability to optimally prioritize and complete tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Polished, professional interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication.
• Must be a resident of either California, Washington state, or Vancouver, BC.
