Social Media | Admin Assistant
Vertical Careers is a boutique executive search and professional staffing firm with over a decade of industry experience specializing in the consulting, consulting to hire and direct-hire placement of top talent in the Accounting, Finance, HR/Administratie, IT/Engineering, eCommerce, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain/Operations fields to a wide range of industries throughout the United States with a primary focus in Southern California.
We are small but thriving and growing. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Entry Level professional to be our Social Media Admin | Junior Recruiter where you'll be trained and mentored.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage all social media platforms on Company Website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.
- Create and send mass marketing emails monthly/quarterly to Clients and Candidates.
- Post current job openings to online postings including website, paid and non paid accounts including ATS (Crelate), Job Boards, LinkedIn and other Social Medias and increase traffic and follows/likes.
- Research and search for relevant industry articles to share with social media
- Research and search job boards for business leads and gather hiring contact information as well as passive candidate leads and invite to LinkedIn on Managing Partner's behalf.
- Create and compose digital/email campaigns through ATS and Social Media.
- Consolidate and manage duplicate Client and Candidate Contacts and Tags.
- Reactivate dormant candidates with follow up phone calls, emails and texts to see if they’re still looking.
- Review resumes and phone screen applicants/candidates from ATS, Job Boards, LinkedIn and other social media platforms/resources, etc.
- Troubleshooting IT issues is any (lap top, websites, phone system, etc)
- Run errands (personal and/or business related) and other duties as necessary, assigned and/or your creativity allows.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- College Student or Entry Level Graduate preferably majoring in Accounting/Finance, Business Admin, Econ, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Staffing/Recruitment a plus
- Prior experience with Crelate.com (ATS) and RingCentral VoIP a plus
- Previous experience/exposure to working independently and/or with an Entrepreneur a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Great outgoing personality that’s inquisitive, energetic and flexible
- LinkedIn Expert would be nice!
- A "Creative Genius" would be nice, but someone that has ideas and not afraid to voice their opinion
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done and no task is beneath you
