DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING/CONTROLLER

Our partner client, a privately held growing manufacturer is seeking a Dynamic and Driven Director of Accounting to join their growing team in Corporate Accounting. 

The Director of Accounting/Controller will be responsible for the following overall 

• G/L, Treasury, Risk Management, Audit, Tax
• Month End close and Financial Reporting
• Budget & Forecasting
• Compliance & Internal Control
• Process improvements including policies and procedures, variance analysis, cost accounting, etc. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA preferred from Big 4 or Tier 2 National CPA firm
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA a plus
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• SAP knowledge at an advanced level is REQUIRED
• ERP system implementations is preferred
• Must have month end closing and auditing experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and Internal Controls.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, what if statements.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual Chinese Mandarin a huge plus
