    As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist in all aspects of the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis process. This includes analysis and projections relating to the financial performance of the Company in comparison to established goals, as well as identification, assessment and communication of issues affecting profitability. You will also prepare monthly financial reports for internal management, which includes coordinating with management and business units as well as other staff. Other responsibilities include directing other team members’ work, developing presentations for senior management, and other adhoc projects. This position has a great deal of visibility and exposure to senior level people within the organization.

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Be responsible for conducting core financial analytical duties for the Company, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
    • Prepare the expense budgets, capital budgets and forecast.
    • Prepare detailed revenue plans.
    • Prepare Profit & Loss statements for new initiatives.
    • Analyze operating results and monthly profit forecast; identify problems and research potential recommendations.
    • Discuss operating results and forecast with management to provide a clear understanding of the company's financial progress.
    • Be able and willing to work additional hours during various times of the year.
    • Possess good communication skills.
    • Possess good organization skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA a plus.
    • Big 6 accounting experience preferred (straight public ok) but not required.
    • 2+ plus years of financial analysis or public accounting experience.
    • Strong financial modeling skills.
    • Ability to think analytically, creatively and independently.
    • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results.
    • Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills.
    • Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Familiarity with JDE, Hyperion Enterprise and Business Objects preferred.
    • Manufacturing experience preferred.
