    Brand Marketing Manager (Hybrid Schedule)

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and promoting the company’s brand image. They will work closely and in a holistic fashion with Sales, User Experience (UX) and Communications to provide a strong direction for the brand

    This role requires an individual to have a passion for brands, be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering results and be motivated by a fast-paced start-up environment. The successful candidate will know how to build brands and leverage multi-channel marketing strategies to drive sales and brand leadership. They will be able to recognize quality content and have the acumen and experience to develop marketing processes that are both effective and efficient.

    This role will establish strategy and budgets for creative campaigns, organize promotional events and ensure brand uniformity across marketing initiatives. Together with in-house teams in the U.S. and China – along with external agencies – they also will work on digital campaigns, product naming, logo development and packaging design.

    The Manager’s activities will include, but are not limited to:?

    • Defining and implementing multi-channel marketing programs on-line and IRL
    • Measuring marketing performance and implementing campaign optimization to maximize ROI
    • Producing best-in-class campaigns and content for new product launches
    • Representing the voice of the customer
    • Building an effective brand marketing team and processes
    • Monitoring and anticipating market trends and researching consumer markets
    • Overseeing the brand in all its aspects
    • Defining and developing the brand’s reputation and evolution in both B2C and B2B channels
    • Establishing and maintaining brand budgets
    • Owning the development and messaging of the brand narrative
    • Directing and coordinating sales support and enablement

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Experience in renewable energy, battery storage or similar
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
    • 8+ years of relevant experience including brand management, CPG, advertising, or marketing in e-commerce and dealer channels
    • Track record of defining and successfully delivering integrated marketing programs with superior ROI – from plan development through creative review, deployment, and measurement
    • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
    • Organizational aptitude with flexibility, proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, making adjustments accordingly
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to form strong internal and external business relationships
