Our client is an innovative CPG | Green, High-Tech Personal Transportation company. They are global and sell products in more than 80 countries and regions. The company is in rapid growth mode and looking to add a Corporate Controller. Mandarin Required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and/or assist with the following corporate accounting and financial reporting activities: general ledger accounting, periodic close processes (monthly/quarterly/annual), and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Manage accounting activities, including the accurate and timely preparation, review, and approval of daily sales reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Oversees audit requirements and cash management.
• Co-lead the annual audit of the company's consolidated financial statements for the US entity and lead the annual audit of the HQ which is a public company.
• Continue to enhance standard processes and procedures.

• Tax. Define and develop corporate tax strategy.
• Accounting. Ensures compliance with internal and external financial and accounting policies and regulations
• Manage ERP and other finance business system, including chart of accounts maintenance and collaboration with IT system administrators

 

Requirements:

CPA preferred

• 6+ years in accounting, financial and analytical roles
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Exposure to working in a consumer product and retail/wholesales, startup businesses undergoing rapid growth and change.
• Previous experience with public accounting and understanding IPO is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Experience in SAP is a plus
• Experience in system transit is a plus
