    JOB SUMMARY:

    Our Client, a leading Global Fortune 500 Company, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) to support the development and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives by providing accurate, insightful and timely finance support and analysis. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and presenting financial performance metrics, supporting the delivery of key departmental initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets to the Finance Leadership team. The individual will also play a key role in the annual operating planning process. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to corporate Leadership, including identifying, researching, analyzing and presenting critical business drivers, trends and project-level analysis.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze, forecast, and present financial data to corporate leaders on a monthly basis.

    • Review of financial performance, including variance analysis; present key insights and recommendations.

    • Prepare and maintain financial models, including evaluating key assumptions, building scenarios and performing sensitivity analyses.

    • Develop reports for key strategic initiatives

    • Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other Master's a plus

    • Related experience in finance and/or accounting of 1-3 years within a large public company of similar structure and complexity

    • Big 4 CPA or National CPA firm public accounting experience a plus but not required

    • Strong capabilities in and knowledge of business analytics tools. (i.e. Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos, TM1, and eProcurement systems a plus)

    • Very strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models and techniques;

    • High proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel; experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets;

    • Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

    • Ability to establish strong working relationships. Effective at building appropriate rapport;

    • Outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills;

    • Solid business acumen and ability to convey complex concepts;

    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work successfully both independently and in a team.
