Company: Growing Engineering/Construction Company looking for a Dynamic, Driven and Hard-Working individual to groom for growth into Management.

Sales Revenue: $110M division of $5B publicly held company 
Title: Staff or Senior Accountant (title flex dep on experience)
Salary: Market Pay DOE
Accounting Dept: 15 in Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly analysis/reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts.
• Assist with preparation and file 571-L Unsecured Property Tax Forms.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger. Prepare Fixed Assets reconciliation including all related transactions. Assist with annual physical inventory and ensure all assets are properly recorded and tagged.
• Assist with reconciling monthly raw materials inventory.
• Assist in WIP preparation and reconciliation.
• Prepare period-end journal entries as required.
• Assist/Prepare Payroll JE uploads.
• Prepare all required tax and license returns for payment.
• Assist with all audit requests for internal and external auditors.
• Assist with annual fiscal year-end tax and other related items.
• Assist VP Finance with Annual Budget and Forecast.
• Take charge of special projects and year-end preparations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for VP Finance.
• Assist management with ad hoc reporting on request.
• Adhere to GAAP, SOX, and Company policies.
• Good attendance and adherence to work schedule.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
• 3-5 years Accounting experience
• Construction, Engineering, or Aerospace industry experience with good understanding of Job Costing/Percentage of Completion (POC) environment
• Audit experience helpful

ERP System/Technical Skills: Solomon a huge plus along with Advanced Excel skills
