Sr. Social Media Specialist [Hybrid work schedule]
Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join as Senior Social Media Specialist.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including, but not limited to:?
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
- Proactively identify, establish, and develop relationships with key influencers for placements in line with new launches, messaging, PR initiatives, social-specific activations, and more
- Set up and optimize company pages within different digital platforms to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, product) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Work and collaborate with KOLs/Influencers
- May support company communications outside of "traditional" business hours
- Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the program.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Education background in Communications, Marketing,
- Business, New Media, or Public Relations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Bilingual (English, Mandarin) would be a preferred.
