    Senior Organization Development Leader 

    Our client is a large publicly traded Healthcare organization that's reputable and desirable to work for. They are seeking a strong Sr. OD Leader to join their team. This position works under the direction of the Executive Director over Organizational Effectiveness and is responsible for driving region-wide Organization Development (OD) strategies across the Southern California Region. This position partners with Service Areas and Regional Leaders to provide strategic change consultation, leadership team development, and design / implement culture change initiatives.

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    • Duties include consultation to senior leaders and executives in the following areas:
    • Organizational Assessment and Design - Assessment, data collection, data analysis and design to enable organizations, departments or teams to meet business and performance demands efficiently and effective
    • Executive Coaching - Provides expert executive coaching to increase leader effectiveness.
    • Large Scale Change - Support key regional initiatives including change leadership, planning, strong systems thinking, and implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in organization development, organizational behavior, or related fields.
    • 10+ years of previous work experience consulting to complex organizations across a range of industries.
    • 10+ years of previous work experience coaching senior level executives.
    • Expertise in behavioral sciences, organization development, leadership development, change management and culture change.
    • Knowledge of personality and social psychology, particularly in areas of motivation and change.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated political savvy and emotional intelligence.
    • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
