    Senior Product Marketing Manager

    Our client is currently seeking a proven and highly motivated individual to join as the Senior Product Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be an outstanding product marketer, a hand-on leader with a strong track record of program execution and a developer of first-rate individuals and teams. This will be a key role during what promises to be an era of explosive growth at – one in which the company will expand into new markets and channels.

    Duties/Responsibilities: The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for building and leading a product marketing organization. They will work closely and in a holistic fashion with Brand Marketing to provide exceptional in-market support for the full portfolio of products. The role will grow and manage a team of outstanding product marketers and will oversee the company's product marketing strategy, planning and execution of go-to-market plans. This leader will work closely with cross-functional partners across Brand Marketing, Product Design, Sales, e-commerce and Communications. The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will oversee high-impact go-to-market strategies from top-of-funnel awareness to lower-funnel conversion. This role requires an individual to have a passion for the products and the energy storage industry, be sales-oriented, have strong attention to detail, demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering results and be motivated by a fast-paced, start-up environment.

    The Senior Manager’s activities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Build, lead, and coach a team of product marketers.

    • Define, manage, and execute best-in-class campaigns for new and existing product initiatives, including audience definition, product positioning, communications architecture and launch strategies.

    • Partner closely with the company's user and product teams to better understand customer needs and the broader competitive landscape.

    • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans, working closely with product design, region, and sales teams.

    • Ensure alignment on product positioning and communications architecture across all channels.

    • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy, focusing investments on the highest impact outcomes and specific KPIs.

    • Help define and operationalize the product marketing function 

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Experience in solar energy, battery storage or similar

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field

    • 10+ years managing end-to-end product marketing at a tech, consumer electronics or at a fastpaced, innovative consumer brand

    • Experience leveraging a portfolio of highly innovative products to effectively implement a onebrand ecosystem strategy

    • Ability to develop and implement processes to scale product marketing for success in a rapidly growing marketing and communications organization

    • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics and KPIs

    • Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance the brand narrative, and resonate with the customers

    • Comfort level and experience with direct, two-way customer engagement

    • Track record of defining and successfully delivering integrated marketing programs with superior ROI – from plan development through creative review, deployment, and measurement

    • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects

    • Organizational aptitude with flexibility, proven record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

    • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, making adjustments accordingly

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
