Finance Staff

Summary:

The Finance Staff (Strategic Finance) is an integral member of a small, dedicated team of finance professionals at the organization. This position reports to the Finance Manager, strategic finance. Key responsibilities include performing financial and strategic analysis on new business segments, facilitating acquisitions and preparing presentations to support decision-making by senior management and the Board of Directors. This is a great entry level position with growth potential in a fast moving, growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Manager, Strategic Finance to deliver value on transformational projects across the organization and to help drive the integration of strategic acquisitions
• Develop financial models and forecasts for proposed new business segments or projects (ROI, IRR, etc.)
• Perform analysis on various aspects of business operations using in-house data analytics tools
• Construct M&A transaction models and perform valuation analysis
• Provide research and analysis for various markets, industries, and business models in the healthcare field
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or another related field
• No prior experience required, internship experience in healthcare, investment banking, consulting or accounting is a plus
• Experience presenting financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data tools (Pivot tables, data models, etc.) or ability and desire to learn
• Strong quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively communicate with people from various disciplines, organizations, geographic locations, and management levels
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Job is onsite in corporate headquarters in the San Gabriel Valley (San Dimas)
