    SR. CONTRACT RECRUITER (TEMP)

    Compensation: up to $40 per hour

    Duration: indefinitely with potential hire

    Summary:

    Our client, a large reputable company located in Los Angeles, is looking for a proven and experience Sr. Contract Recruiter to fill in for a current staff on leave. This may have the potential for perm if the staff does not return. The Sr. Contract Recruiter will help with a variety of full-cycle recruiting efforts for various positions.

    • Handle 15 to 25 open reqs of diverse positions
    • Develop a pipeline of passive candidates and work with their inhouse ATS system (Taleo).
    • There are a variety of both technical and professional positions that need to be filled, so previous exposure to technical recruiting is highly desired.
    • Provide excellent candidate experience from beginning to end.
    • Responsible for all scheduling of interviews and prescreen
    • Produce internal and external recommendations
    • Prep new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
    • Post job opportunity advertisements thru various resources

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • The ideal candidate will have both agency and in-house /corporate recruiting experience.
    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisitions experience
    • Proficiency with office applications and software, ATS (Taleo preferred) as well as social media platforms
    • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
    • Highly professional, exercise good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
    • Expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting
    • Proven knowledge of Recruiting Sources and Creativity
    • Solid understanding of Corporate Recruiting
