    Our client is the top business management firm in the U.S. They help the world's leading entertainers succeed financially through a full-service approach. A fast-growingprofessional services organization seeks a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team.

    Job Summary:

    You are responsible to assist in the maintenance of the general ledger for multiple legal entities and support the monthly close process. Also, you are to provide support to department activities with specific responsibilities for ensuring that overall fiscal policies, practices, and regulations meet compliance requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interface with the client/s daily.
    • Prepare business personal property renditions
    • Prepare loan covenant calculations
    • Prepare loan amortization schedules
    • Financial statement set-up and preparation
    • Capital scheduled maintenance
    • Review real estate escrow statements to purchase agreements and loan payoff calculations
    • Interaction with lenders and compliance reports
    • Review tenant financial statements
    • Prepare client financials.
    • Review and correct financial statements and general ledgers.
    • Correspond with government agencies relating to client property tax notifications received.
    • Day-to-day A/P, A/R, filing, and online file storage (GFR).
    • Work extended hours as needed.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (with a 3.0 GPA or better)
    • Must have strong technical accounting skills
    • Must have a Real Estate/Property Management Experience
    • 5-7 years of Real Estate Accounting experience
    • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • With knowledge of Financial Statement Analysis
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excellent Knowledge of Excel
    • Proficient in Windows
    • Aware of Partnership Structures and Flow Through Concepts
    • Has the ability to Read Legal Documents
    • Has good oral and written communication skills
    • Has a fluent command of English
    • Must show professionalism, good time management, and organizational skills
    • Has a good Math Aptitude
    • Must have good problem-solving Skills
