Senior Human Resources Generalist OR Human Resources Manager

Our client is a growing privately held Retail company with over 100 locations Headquartered in Orange County, CA. They are expanding and looking to add a experienced and outgoing Sr. HR Generalist or HR Manager to the Human Resources team. Title is flexible depending on experience level.
Scope of Responsibilities:- Provides human resources support to applicants, employees and management in the areas of employment and compliance.
- Initial support will be directed at supporting COVID-19 tracking and reporting in addition to full support of the employee life cycle from recruiting to investigation and separations.
- Responsible for high level of focus on customer service, attention to detail is a must since accurate, timely reporting of facts is critical.
- Ability to hit the ground running already familiar with the regulatory environment related to COVID-19 compliance and reporting requirements.
- Support Head of HR with all HR related matters for the full employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business or related is preferred; Mater's / MBA /PHR a plus
- 5+ years experience in HR with a team supporting a large workforce greater
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Experience and knowledge of Social Media and other Recruitment tools
- Computer savvy including advanced Excel and working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A "Go Getter" attitude, self starter and driven individual
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced evolving environment
