ABOUT THE JOB: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist with previous customer service experience. This individual is outgoing, reliable, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers in all situations. Attention to detail is a must. Previous CSM, (Customer Service Management) software experience is a definite plus. Must have experience with the Microsoft suite of applications. Must be able to work one to two Saturdays per month.
