    Vertical Harvest, Westbrook Maine Opportunities

    We'd love to stay in touch as we prepare for opening our Vertical Harvest farm in Westbrook, Maine!

    We expect to begin the hiring process in 2024 but have not yet begun hiring for the Maine facility. We still, however, welcome the opportunity to connect with you and hear your interest in Vertical Harvest.     About our Westbrook, Maine farm:

    Vertical Harvest is currently building our four-story, 70,000-square-foot building in downtown Westbrook, with hiring and training expected to start in 2024.

    Some facts about our Westbrook, Maine farm:

    • Developed in partnership with the city of Westbrook, located in Greater Portland
    • Designed by Portland-based architect and engineering firm, Harriman, in partnership with GYDE Architects in Jackson, WY, co-founded by Vertical Harvest CEO Nona Yehia
    • Slated to produce 2 million pounds of produce annually and provide fresh nutritious produce to schools, hospitals, restaurants, markets, and consumers
    • In addition to partnerships secured with Native Maine, Sodexo Maine and Hannafords Supermarkets, Vertical Harvest Maine will be working with hospitals, corporate cafeterias, schools, chefs, restaurants, caterers.
    • We have broken ground in the urban center of Westbrook, Maine, commencing construction of the four-story, 70,000 sq. ft. building.
