Job Description

We are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations as a vertically integrated direct to consumer e-commerce business. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and improve daily operations 
• Allocate resources and materials to deliver daily DTC shipments
• Manage and forecast product prep for sale by SKU
• Receive and inventory inbound shipments
• Maintain and run the company inventory management system.
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance
• Drive continual  improvements in operational efficiency and efficacy

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Willingness to learn and operate in a lean entrepreneurial  environment 
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
