Job Description  The Distance Learning Producer will facilitate the delivery of virtual training sessions for employees around the globe. 

They will be responsible for managing various pieces of studio equipment (i.e. cameras, video production system, host computer) as well as the WebEx Training Center software. They will need to work in tandem with our Client instructors to provide a highly engaging experience for the learners. During the trainings they will be facilitating activities, communicating with attendees, troubleshooting technical difficulties, working with the equipment, providing cues to the instructor, and managing the WebEx TC session.  Minimum Characteristics  • Comfortable with Microsoft Windows  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office  • Ability to work well with others  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset  Desired Characteristics  • Experience with WebEx  • Knowledge of production systems such as the Newtek Tricaster  • Familiarity with virtual training practices
