Responsibilities: • Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Must Reside in the US • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred or willing to obtain one in 30 days. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience is a bonus • Applicants with a sales background are highly encouraged. Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
