Responsibilities: • Manage digital records and ensure up-to-date contracting documentation • Evaluate customers' insurance needs, risk, current coverage, and financial situation to create a customized experience • Expand business by establishing a customer pool and advertising the insurance products through networking, referrals, and other promotional methods • Provide a high regard of customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing ones, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, verifying eligibility, and addressing bills and insurance policies Qualifications: • Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients • Must reside in the US • If agents aren't licensed, they must complete a Pre-licensing course within 30 days when hired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience is a bonus • Proven ability to work with goals • High school diploma or equivalent required • A strong work ethic is a must! Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 yearly
