You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities: • Manage both physical and digital client files and ensure all documents related to insurance policies are kept up to date • Monitor existing insurance claims and process new claims from policyholders • Assess the insurance needs, risk profile, current coverage, long-term objectives, and financial situation of potential clients through consultations in order to provide a personalized service that surpasses expectations • Increase business by building a portfolio of potential customers, advertising products through various networks, seeking referrals, and carrying out cold calling • Offer professional and friendly service to new customers while enrolling them and also assist existing customers by booking appointments, answering inquiries, determining insurance eligibility, and responding to questions regarding billing and insurance policies Qualifications: • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Possession of an active Life & Health insurance license is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred • Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage • Compensation on a commission basis Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 at plan earnings
